Our system for Passport Photos is 100% compliant with the requirements of DFAT Australia and nations of the world. We are confident in the quality of production from our unique setup for these images and will re-do photos if they are refused by DFAT. Australia Post offices sometimes try to get revenue by saying Passport photo’s taken outside their system will not comply. This is false and we implore our customers to use the image we make for them, as they will pass! If you insist, Australia Post staff MUST send the image we do into DFAT, they do NOT have the authority to deny your right to use these photographs.

In the very unusual circumstance that DFAT refuses to accept a photo taken by us will we re-do the photo.

We do a great job of making these images in a quick and professional manner. We expect to be paid for our time and effort so a refund is only offered in circumstances where DFAT refuses the photo, not a change of mind or so-called rejection by Australia Post.

PLEASE NOTE, we are NOT set up to do passport photo’s for babies or infants who are under an age where they can understand and respond to our verbal directions. Sorry.
