Our journey of discovery for premium coffee beans has led the owner of The Total Picture Framing Co. Cafe and the head Barista to many roasters doors around Brisbane. Small boutique roasters are popping up everywhere and deserve our attention as they etch out their niche in the market. And so it is we now enjoy the flavours of Epica 53 blend, created from a selection of origin beans and blended to ensure the consistent cup time after time. Epica is roasted daily here in Brisbane, delivered to us and selected for use at maturity date for the best coffee experience we can deliver with freshness and fullness of flavour.

Single origin and specially selected blends are rotated weekly or bi-weekly through our second grinder and are worthy of a try if you seek an alternative flavour profile for your daily cup.
